Returns and Exchanges Period

  • You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your purchase.

Reverse Pick-Up Service

  • We provide a convenient reverse pick-up service to streamline the return process. Simply contact our customer support team at

Size-Related Exchanges

  • If you encounter any size-related issues with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. However, please note that for exchanges due to size issues, customers may be responsible for covering the shipping fee. The shipping charge will be determined based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the item being returned.

Return Process Requirements

  • To initiate the return process, we require a 360-degree unboxing video. This video should provide a clear and complete view of the unboxing process without any editing or cutting. This helps us ensure transparency and a smooth return process.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were delivered in the last 4 days

The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
